Insurance companies operate under rigid guidelines. They dictate session lengths, limit your number of visits, and require a permanent psychiatric diagnosis that compromises your medical privacy. They also rarely cover general self-discovery, stress management, grief, or personal growth.
Remaining private-pay protects your absolute confidentiality. It allows us the unhurried 60- to 90-minute blocks required to safely step out of survival mode and focus on your goals on your own timeline. I view you as a whole, unfolding human being—not a diagnostic code on a corporate checklist.

Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, I require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: You will be responsible for the full session fee, and your booking deposit will be forfeited.
Emergencies: True sudden emergencies or medical crises are handled with grace, flexibility, and exemption.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time to respect the client following you, and you remain responsible for the full fee.

I do not offer sliding scale fees through my private practice. However, I value accessible care. To provide an affordable option, I partner as a contractor with Let’s Talk 4 Health, a fully virtual group practice.
If we work together through that platform, you can utilize your insurance benefits for individual sessions only. Through Let’s Talk 4 Health, I accept:
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna

Yes, I offer a highly limited number of premium in-person sessions. These are exclusively available through my private-pay practice and cannot be booked through third-party platforms. Because these physical openings fill quickly, please mention your preference for in-person care during our initial consultation call.

The duration of therapy is completely up to you. Everyone's history, nervous system, and capacity to process change are unique.
My ultimate clinical goal is simple: to eventually put myself out of business. We will work together to build your internal safety, dismantle your inner critic, and master your somatic tools. Success means you eventually reach a place of wholeness where you no longer need me to hold the anchor for you.
