If you are struggling with high-functioning anxiety, imposter syndrome, or the loud inner critic of "not enough," we will work together to regulate your nervous system and help you stop running.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are our deepest mirrors, but they can easily become stuck in exhausting cycles of reactivity. Using the evidence-based Gottman Method, I help a limited number of couples drop their defensive armor, break negative communication patterns, and safely rebuild intimacy and deep connection.
